me and my hubby we been 4yrs. and we have 2 yrs.old daughter and we just got married last may 18, 2012. so now my hubby his back in US and he start applying our papers and (this is our first applying our papers going to US). one for me and one for our 2 yrs.old daughter so here is my question is isnt separate envelope or can send in one envelope? cuz if separate envelope its cost so much money.

thanks i hope you guys can help me about this.

You can send them both in one envelope, but need a complete packet (one I-130 each, two fees etc) for each person.

Are you sure the son is not elligible for CRBA (ie US citizenship)?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

sorry late... i want my daughter to get a US passport so all we going to think is my petition but right now. me and my hubby have a serious argue and i cant even understand his mind. i am sure since i find out he have a family story (mental illness) so i think its better to stay away from him cuz im so scared he always blaming me to killed while i am on his side
