After a long procedure and long waiting and driving hours at the embassy i got the visa :D :D

Now they printed the visa on my passport, and gave me a great big punch of papers and told me that this is your visa :blink:

Tell me, what should i do after we get married there? What kind of papers do i need to fill ???

Thanks a lot guys, this forum has been a big support..

I'll update the time line tomorrow, my fiancee will write it for me...

04-13-05 touched

04-30-05 NOA2

06-05-05 NVC received my petition

08-15-06 interview date sent

09-16-06 interview made :(

10-15-06 recieved my VISAAAAAAAA (YESSSSSSS)

11-16-06 Arrived in US

01-15-07 Filled AOS

02-01-07 Got my SSN

02-15-07 NOA1 arrived

03-16-07 my EAD issued.

03-23-07 my EAD arrived :D

06-01-07 Moved from IL to AZ, i filed the change address online form.

07-10-07 My GC arrived (it was sent to IL, but resent by USPS to me)

10-01-07 Resent the forms for change of address including my wife's

Now: Still waiting for the welcome letter to arrive.

Sept. 2004 thru April 2006 ongoing relationship

Went back to Mumbai April 2006

Engagement April 2006

Nov.-Dec. 2006 went to Mumbai

10-16-06 Received hardcopy of NOA2 in the mail

10-19-06 NVC received my petition (Please hurry, so she can be here for Christmas)

10-26-06 Received NVC letter stating it was sent to Mumbai (Letter dated 10-23-06)

12-09-06 Never received Packet 3, So we downloaded and sent to embassy

02-02-07 INTERVIEW (Missed 1st interview, waiting on new interview date)

04-02-07 New INTERVIEW Date.

04-02-07 APPROVED !!!!!

04-27-07 ARRIVED IN U.S.
