rfe- what should i do

Almost 1 month i mailed my rfe to vsc. i call them friday to varify but they told me they have not received anything...should i mailed the copy of the rfe with cover letter since i sent the origianl copy it..Cause i think is lost.i mailed it normal not registered.

I would have sent a second batch this time registered mail. I heard, not confirmed, that you only have 30 days to respond to RFE.

Good luck.

The RFE states how long you have to return it on the sheet you get. It is not the same for everyone, some RFE have a longer time then others to return it.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Almost 60days now after i sent back my RFE no touch,review,NIENTE on my case status, i called them they told me to wait..i want to if they received the RFE..Sono stanco. Anyone experience this before ? pls

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
