NVC Now advising to wait 20 business days

Same for me. NVC got my case on June 29th, gave me my case number, and then told me I was in AP. But I called today and my case left the NVC yesterday. So I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just keep calling and checking. =)

O ok then. I'll check back again on Monday. Hopefully everything goes smooth. *crossing my finger*. =)

06/11/12: I-129F NOA2

07/02/12: NVC Received

07/10/12: NVC Left

07/13/12: Consulate Received

07/18/12: Pkt. 3 Received

I called NVC this morning and the gentleman said they just received my file on Friday and it hasn't been out to the consulate yet. I'm confused. I called on July 5 and they said they received my file on July 2 and already assigned with case number. They also said it's in additional processing. I'll try to call back again tomorrow.

01/13/12: I-129F NOA1

06/11/12: I-129F NOA2

07/02/12: NVC Received

07/10/12: NVC Left

07/13/12: Consulate Received

07/18/12: Pkt. 3 Received

07/18/12: Pkt. 3 Completed

2/3/12 - Visa App Fee Check Cashed

6/18/12 - NOA2 Email Received at 9PM MST

6/22/12 - NOA2 Letter Received in Mail

7/11/12 - NVC Received

7/13/12 - NVC Sent Case to Moldova Embassy

7/18/12 - Packet 3 dropped off to Embassy

7/19/12 - Packet 3 & 4 Instructions Received from Embassy

7/23/12 - Medical Exam Passed

7/27/12 - Interview

8/4/12 - POE Denver, CO

9/14/12 - Wedding #1 (Denver Courthouse)

9/17/12 - AOS/EAD sent

9/19/12 - AOS/EAD NOA1

10/23/12 - Biometrics

1/16/23 - AOS Interview

NVC received my case on July 2nd but no Case number yet. This wait is really frustrating and I thought I was done with it after NoA2. When I call them their answer is 10-20 days. Was expecting to see my wife atleast in the end of Aug..looks like its not happening :(
