There is a spreadsheet with information on the site,if I find the link I will post it for you. I mailed my husband's I-601 to the Phoenix Lockbox from the US on 6/16/12 using Priority Mail. It was received in Phoenix on 6/18/12, and my husband received his I-797 in Canada yesterday. So it took about 7 business days to receive a receipt in Canada. Hope this information helps!!

Here is the i2us Lockbox spreadsheet:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aklf6FkpeWogdF9hOGZUS044ZmV4SjE4NWllV3NEdlE#gid=0

and the thread for Lockbox timeline updates is here:

http://immigrate2us.net/forum/showthread.php?110612-I-601-Lockbox-Timelines

and this is the thread for general discussion of the Lockbox.

http://immigrate2us.net/forum/showthread.php?100700-Beginning-June-4-2012-I-601-Waiver-Centralized-Lockbox-Filing-info-and-discussion

It sounds like things are kind of hit-or-miss right now as they start implementing the program. For example, Starcrossed11's husband AND brother-in-law both submitted waivers at the same time, both got receipt notices the same days, but her husband's has already been approved while BIL is still processing. Although the wait is terrible, I wouldn't start to worry about the receipt notice until at least 30 days or so have gone by.

Long story short, we have a complicated case. We've been at this for nearly 5 years. You can read our story here. I highly recommend our attorney Laurel Scott, as well as attorneys Laura Fernandez and Lizz Cannon .

Filed I-130 via CSC in Feb 2008. Petition approved June 2008. Consular interview in Mexico, Oct 2008, visa denied, INA 212a6cii. We allege improper application of the law in this case.

2012, started over in Seoul: I-130 filed DCF on 7/2, I-130 approved 8/8, Medical at Yonsei Severance 11/20, IR1 appointment in November 2012.

CRBA filed 1-3-13 at Seoul for our daughter

Shorty, I suggest you check out Immigrate2us.net. Tons of I-601 resources, and you can read a lot of approved waivers to get ideas for what arguments can be made.
