hello? is it possible to call USCIS even if you can't send an e-request?

Yes it is possible to contact them. I don't know why you would since it won't help any. They won't submit a service request for you until your priority has been passed by the processing times (currently at June 4th).

RFE arrived today - needed to see our original marriage certificate, because the copy dosent include the raised stamp confirming it had been received and actioned!

Back into the main, next day delivery, tomorrow. Decisions soon we hope! :)

Wow !!! They just want to see the SEAL REALLY?. This sound like someone just been @#$@#$@# about it. From all 3 or more different database checking background bla..bla...this should pop up on their screen immediately and the copied married certificate version we send is to verified and prove it legit.

Anyway once they get the original from you it should be clear and square away with a stamp APPROVED!!!. It's something you know will happen soon. You can now reassure and sleep better than rest of us.

I filed the F-029 with all my papers. Indicating I will show the original at the time of interview. I hope I have no issues coming because of this. I feel tired and worn out.

I believed it mention in the instruction, as they only needs copied of original unless specified (but if you wish to submit original it will not be return). On the course of original is needed, USCIS will send a RFE or ask you to bring them with you on your interview (this is depend solely on who work on your case). So regardless of F-029 been submitted, if they want to be .........they can.

In the case of CS, the person whom work on his case just been ..................about it.
