Just realized that you are looking under an I-130 for a US citizen filing for a married son or daughter over 21.

Some of us are looking at US citizen filing for spouse, parent, or child under 21.

Called USCIS today to file a service request as today is the 5 month 1 day mark. I was told that VSC is still working on May and it will be about 20 days till they get to my petition, PD June 4th. So

Congrats Cesar & Cata!! Hopefully we will be hearing something in the next few days. Our PD is June 4th!! But when I called they wouldn't let me put a SR in as they were supposedly 20 days behin

DCF is Direct Consular Filing. Where the USC lives abroad and the I-130 is therefore sent to the USCIS field office at the local consulate. Much MUCH quicker than filing to USCIS in the States.

Jan 23, 2013 - I-130 approved!!!

You cannot link to the second one. I can tell you how to get there but it won't allow a link.

Click here: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

Step 1: Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Click on the Service Center drop down box. (Should be the second drop down box from the bottom)

Step 3: Choose Vermont Service Center.

Step 4: Click "Service Center Processing Dates."

(Wait until the new page opens)

Step 5: Scroll down to the application you submitted and it should state the processing dates that Vermont is working on.

I saw a couple of people start topics as "Approved", the latest one was this morning I think, said he was NOA1 of 6/12, I will look for them and post the links. But I am sure I have read at least two June filers who got approved this week.

Last one I read had some one approved from NOA1 = 6/12. I can't find the post tho :bonk::blush: .

Yeah, I think I have seen a post from a june filer approved as well, but I think they don't appear on the charts because they don't have a timeline..... :no:

I haven't seen any approvals myself.

My PD is June 12th.

There isn't anything to do but wait and being patient. I thought this threat is all about the I-130.

A good time to prepare for the after effect.

No. Any VSC June approvals lately have been K-1. Not IR-1/CR-1. We'll just have to keep on waiting! I'm expecting something early in the New Year!

No good news yet :(

My husband called USCIS and asked about our case, a very nice and polite lady assisted him, but unfortunately she couldn;t do anything for us, no service request (because we are suposedly within NORMAL processing times), she said she doesn't know how long it might take our case to be adjudicated....nothing new, we are just hoping to get approved before Christmas :clock:
