They always say 20 working days. Check with them when you reached 10 working days.

864 has nothing to do with DS230.

Pray....all will be fine.

Today my daughter picks up my divorce papers. I pray it is sealed...ready for sending.

Its just the state over from Maine. hahah...

I have to go to bed now. Its 5:30 am my time. You be fine.

Dnt worry everything will be fine,by the way did u got any respond for ur i-864 or whatever the document u send before DS230?

Did u call NVC after 20 working days regarding your 864W and what they said?

I called NVC 8 days later. And my 864w was accepted without problem.

Don't wait 20 days. Its too long.

Just in case they need something else.

Their computer can tell you.

If you expressed with DHL you can check online DHL tracking and punch in the number on your express receipt. It tells you when they received it.

My daughter just assembled my checklist (divorce) and is on her way to use UPS from within the USA. It should be there by Monday for sure.

This is the same I send......BUT.....

They want you to attach a copy onto your original. Meaning ....original plus copy behind (# 2, 3, 6)

Do not stable....use a clip

Have copy of all your send for yourself.

I wrote case number on upper right corner on every page (afraid the lose one paper)

I did send petitioners birth certificate (I was required for IR5)

Hi Sonjat

This is not anything I know off.

I just know DS230 needs the original plus copy of original.

I personally would just make sure your name is spelled correctly on your birth certificate.

I don't know any reason why they need your grandfathers birth certificate.

Maybe send what you send USCIS , only this time the original

and explain at the interview ...and ask for it to be corrected.

I'm unsure...

They dnt ask for my grand father birth certificate, in my birth certificate my grand father's name has spelled wrong in the certificate i send to USCIS but the one i translated now has correct spelling.

Misunderstanding.

Of course you send in the correct one. Write an explanation how you noticed just now the difference. Assure them this current one is correct.

I assume if you write nothing...NVC might think this one is incorrect.

Hopefully its going to confuse them, so let me get another translation as previous one.
