I called NVC yesterday around 11:45pm just to wake them up before they leave for the night laughing.gif . The guy who answer phone seem to be half asleep, told me nothing is news on the case..."anything else ?...." he in such a hurry to hang up. laughing.gif He told me to call and check with local embassy schedule, this way I will have better ideas. Oh well it's good to bother them once in awhile to make sure they are working. laughing.gif

Of course you can appoint yourself with your email address.

1. Your husband is responsible (with you) for the I-864 (the package)

2. The DS3032 generates your DS 230 (or online, whatever applies to your country)

In the end effect I don't see it to matter. You work with your husband together.

After you filled out the DS230 and have all supporting documents together, you need to send it from your country to NVC.

The decision is yours who you appoint. As long as everything comes together it shouldn't really matter.

Hey...I marked on my calendar to call on the 16th.

This makes it 12 working days for my AOS, and 6 working days for my DS230. biggrin.png

You have your mother in-law soon enough. haha...I'm sure your all excited. (This I implied without joking)

Hahahaha.....oh yes I'm so excited and just can't wait for those moment. rofl.gif

That's sound like a plan. 12 working days and 6 working days for DS-230 is plenty of times if you have them in order, all documents they wants, staples them nice and neat than you shouldn't have any problems.

I followed instruction and I know there shouldn't be anything. But it depends on what they know. lol

This is just waiting again.

Well....if you follow instructions submitted what's on the checklist, organized all your documents nice and neat than I don't see shouldn't be any problems at all. If you read on NVC thread, you can see others members where they're having problems left & right....and I just can't imagine or understand how can someone screw this up? seriously.

I had no problem at all understanding the requiremnts and what is needed. The paperwork in itself is easy.

I squirm when I read on the other site what all goes wrong. I try staying away from it.

My concern is that because I'm not married and I run through this alone with my daughter.

Like filling the 864w. What if someone sits on the other side at NVC and doesn't understand...I know..silly worries.

Someone saying "we don't want you back", very silly.

I'm sure they want me to repay my student loan...hahaha...

Since it been so long you are out of the country they almost forgot about your student loan but since you so grateful coming back the loan consider a welcome gift for coming back. rofl.gifrofl.gifrofl.gifrofl.gif

Well you know how the system works. You can run away and wipe credit cards debt and others, but when it come to UNCLE SAM and mula borrow from government, you own it for life.
