I can't remember where the post was about Mithra considering security cameras, so I'm posting here.

Last night when we came home from work - we realized someone had been chilling on our deck at some point during the day!! So, I've called the guy who did our original security to check the price of adding cameras. Mithra - what did you decide about the cameras?

I cannot believe someone would be lame enough to hang out on your porch! That sucks :(

Pretty crazy that someone decided to hang out on your deck while you were gone. Some people are so odd!

We're still undecided about the cameras. I know it's a lame excuse but due to our work schedules we rarely have time to have a meaningful discussion about anything.

Really bizarre, right? The sales guy that worked with us on original security system is getting us an estimate for the cameras. Fence is definitely on the top of our list of home improvement items we want! Keep the nonsense fenced out!!

Yup! Lame and audacious! Who does that!?

I remember back home in Georgia at our apartment, we left Adams hookah on our front porch. I was about to head out the door for work and decided to check on something for the cats. I went into the living room and heard this thug sound! I had the blinds closed but I could see right down the blinds that someone had jumped over our railing of our porch and had something in his hands. I went outside when the guy ran off and realized he stole Adams hookah... went to go make the report at the apartment & police report.... kinda awkward explaining a hookah to them when we lived around druggies... was like ... you know some people use this for sheesha.... the flavored tobacco.... pretty darn sure thats not what it was going to be used for from then on !

That's so weird. I have no idea why you would want to hang out on a random patio.

It's Friday!! I'm so thankful for that!

My daughter is cutting her top two front teeth so I've been functioning on roughly 4 hours a night all week.:help:

What a beautiful baby girl you have! Good luck with tue cutting teeth thing! How I do remember those days vividly with my own family.

Thanks, Amber!

I vaguely remember when my boys went through this stage. I don't remember them ever being so difficult lol.

It is true no child is the same so each case is different... but tell you what no matter the child it is never easy! Over the past 17 years I have raised 12 kids and I found having teething bisquits... popsicles.,. and baby tylenol was the best items to keep in bulk. I remember so well my son and my 3 sisters kids all the same age were teething at the same time... OOOOHHHHH WHAT A TIME THAT WAS! I spent my whole day being chewed on with a wet shirt and various colors of popsicle drips all over me... those were the days!

BTW... true story about the raising 12 kids... sometimes with help of their parents but more times than not it was just me. My sisters werent exactly good at the parenting thing well except the how to become a parent... ya know what I mean.

Happy Friday everyone. How old is your daughter Mithra? A trick my grandmother taught me was to put wet face cloths in the freezer for the kids to chew on when they were cutting teeth. In the summer it also helped keep the kids cool.

I am getting so anxious for hubby's interview. 2 weeks from now I will be in Amman, and 3 days away from the interview. The thought of him perhaps having to go through AP just breaks my heart. Having to wait even longer just depresses me, and if it happens we hate the fact that you never know how long it will last. *sigh* crying.gif
