It may be possible to get an expedite, no harm in trying. However, you may have issues in adding her to your insurance and getting treatment in a timely fashion given the pre-existing condition criteria. Definitely check with your insurance to see what will be covered by them vs. what you will have to pay for out of pocket.

This actually may work against you, if she does not have insurance in the US then she may be denied the expedite due to public charge issues.

Absoulty try, but be prepared to show health insureance already established in the US - in fact I would include that in your expedite

Hi, welcome to VJ!

You can always try, many people have attempted expedite, sometimes I see reasons and I think "why would they expedite for that" and they do expedite it and vice versa.

Keep in mind though, if she comes to the US she cannot use any means tested benefits that would count towards her being a public charge or you / your co-sponsors will have to pay that money back.
