yes as long as you follow all the instruction/guide some got rfe for wrong size and etc.

The post office took my kids photo with instant polaroid camera, so i imagine as long as your printing / paper is as good as this and you follow the size guidelines you are good to go.

The size requirements are in the link above that you said you read.
