not able to pay AOS bill

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to pay my AOS bill. I can sign in to the portal just fine but once I select the fee and click on "pay selected fees" nothing happens I just stay at the same page. And where it says "total amount selected" it goes back to $0.00. Does anyone know why this is happening?

ROC Timeline:

August 22, 2014: Sent I-751

August 25, 2014: NOA1 received

September 5, 2014: Received Biometrics Appointment Letter

September 19, 2014: Biometrics Appointment

Hi everyone,

Does it show $88 before selecting the " Pay Selected Fees"?? and which browser are you using??

Yes, it says $88.00. I'm using firefox.

You must use Internet Explorer for the fee payment portal.
