My I-129F NOA1 01/10/2012

I called USCIS today as my petition is over the 5 month mark. I was told that CSC is working on Dec. 16th petitions and therefore my petition is still within normal processing times.

Just thought I would share that because I am seeing alot of petitions with later dates getting approved already.

You should be getting your approval letter very soon.

But if it will make you feel better, do contact your state congressman or senator. Their liaisons can do a congressional inquiry on your behalf. Some say this works, while others say that it is a complete waste of time. You may be one of the lucky ones.

I had same response from a guy. I was planning to call again this week but got my NOA2. I think if you will not get it in a week call again. I called like 3 times. One time girl could not process the request and ask me call next day. I call next day and other girl told me her computer or something not working. Then I got that guy who told me it normal processing time from 5-6 month BS.....

07/06/2012 === 2nd NOA2 official hard copy received from USCIS. ( I am furious about getting my application approved for 2nd time. I wonder why they did it? )

CSC told me they were processing Dec. 16th petitions almost 2 weeks ago, before I got my NOA2. :rolleyes: I wouldn't really trust what they say. You will get a different answer every time you call.

K-1 Timeline:

12-09-2011 --- I-129F Sent

12-15-2011 --- NOA1 ------------------------------ 6 days

06-01-2012 --- NOA2 --------------------------- 169 days

06-29-2012 --- NVC Received ----------------- 28 days

07-06-2012 --- NVC Left --------------------------- 7 days

07-09-2012 --- Consulate Received ----------- 3 days

07-11-2012 --- Packet 3 Received ------------- 2 days

07-23-2012 --- Packet 3 Sent ------------------ 12 days

07-31-2012 --- Packet 4 Received ------------- 8 days

08-07-2012 --- Interview Date ------------------- 7 days from P4 - Approved!

Lol they said that to me until I told her to be transferred to a supervisor or a Case officer... After a 33 minute wait that I got my answer they said my case should be approved and ready to go within 4 weeks!

Sent: Feb 21st

NOA1: Feb 24th

RFE: Jul 17th

RFE Reply: Jul 26th

NOA2: Jul 31st

NVC Received: August 7th

NVC Sent: August 10th

The wait is long, my dream of you does not end
