Good day everyone.

We received our NOA2 last May 14 as i said on my previous posts. We called the NVC after 15 days but they said that they still don't receive our case that's why we called them again after a week. When my fiance called again, the CSR told him that our case is still not on the system that's why I sent an email to NVC last Monday, eastern time to ask about our case number but since then, I haven't receive any response. I included all the required security information in that email but i feel sad because they still have no response to my inquiry.

Something really wierd happened today.

Our petition got approved on Monday 5/14 and got the official NOA2 letter in the mail of I-129F K-1 approval on 5/18 and stated that forwarding to NVC.

But today they changed my approval date to Wed June 6th and stated they have mailed a letter of approval....why did they change the approval date...maybe to cover themselves for still not sending it out to NVC which still has not got my case.

NOA1: 12/19/11

NOA2: 5/14/12

It can take them up to 7 days to respond to your email. I would just keep calling them. Good luck

it took the NVC one month to receive and send out my I-129... I called everyday after one week and emailed one one week also. They didnt respond to the email for one week and only told me they have no information... the same I heard over the phone...

Just call every day.. try to call them early in the morning , Eastern time is 8am, there is no waiting at that time so have our info ready!

And plan on it taking 30 days.... if earlier than that, you are blessed....

NOA2: 5/14/12

There was another post about a batch of CSC petitions going to NRC National Record Center by mistake. Apparently the petitions had to be sent back to CSC for re-approval.

Thank you for your response. I greatly appreciated all of them. I was really anxious before browsing some post of some December 2012 filers. those who were approved on or after May 14 had their K-1 package delayed to be delivered to NVC. I thought it was lost or mistakenly sent to NRC.

I sent a copy of my NOA2(May 14, 2012) as well to NVC. On June 7, I received a reply saying that they don't have the record of it and they'll contact USCIS for further inquiry. I didn't recieve anything after that... I'm really anxious as well. I'm praying real hard that it's not lost somewhere.
