---------------------------

Monday 6/4/2012

- Arrived approx 07:05 A.M. and there were approx 15 people waiting in line. Best be there before 7 A.M. if you want to be in front of the line.

- Cab ride from the Hotel Casa Sarita is approx $5,000 COL pesos

- The place is only opened Monday through Friday from 07-10AM

- Patient is the only person that will be allowed in

- Cost $135,000 COL pesos

- Must have 1 passport picture and must show passport so that the nurse will compare the picture to the passport.

- Because patient is the only one allowed into the facility, ensure the patient has the payment.

- Left the place approx 08:18 A.M.

- My fiancee said that the people in the laboratory were rude. Customer service was not at it's best.

- The location is like downtown. Tall buildings. Lots of places to eat breakfast after the appointment.

- We tried to eat at the breakfast place next to the laboratory, but the waitress came to our table, asked what we wanted, I gave my fiancee's order, then she walked away!

- I called her over after a few minutes, then she told be to wait and she went to another table to take an order. I then said, let's leave this place and left.

- Walked down the street a bit and went into Subways for breakfast.
