But - please to wait, now... IF, after 6 months from 20 APRIL, 2012, you not hear anything, then it's time to pitch a fit with USCIS.

I have been with him 3 years but been married to him for 1 year and yes I have been visiting him and still haven't heard anything can someone please help me this is not fair I know this girl that got married and her husband just went to marry her he never visited her and on the day of the interview she went by herself and she got her visa how is that and they are not a real couple for the fist time I have to say I am not proud to be asn American because I am not be treated like one

Can someone help me I finally received a letter on June 19 that my case is being reviewed but that same day a minute later I received a second letter saying that my case was reaffirm and send back to the department of state for visa processing I would like to know if the scod letter is accurate and what does it mean

letters is letters, but

are these postal letters or emails?

if postal letters, study the dates on the postmarks and study the date printed inside, on the letter itself.
