Initially, you will be filing the N-400 application with Texas Service Center and then it will be forwarded to your District office. I filed mine with TSC and then they forwarded it to Charlotte, NC district office - took about 2.5 months from filing the application to my oath.

We're preparing to file and it looks like Jacksonville cases are taking 4-5 months from application received to oath....
