Hello VJ,

I just wanted to ask if any iranian VJ members know anything about Tara Khorrami? Should I hire her for my CR1 application?

Is it necessary to hire a lawyer?

My husband has gone for a student visa and a tourist visa a couple of times----so i wasnt sure if i should hire an attorney just in case

I am doing CR1 process for my wife and it's not that difficult process and does not require to hire an attorney. You don't need to be super intelligent to do the process. There are lot of VJ members who will help you at any stage of your procedure and need an advice. If you save money from hiring an attorney, then the same money will help you and your spouse in a future. Good Luck!

You do not need to hire anyone. Stay here in this forum, use sample forms & study similar cases.
