Happy Saturday everyone (F) Hope everyone is doing well... Wow last 2 days were a scare :lol:

Last night my husband and I had a very *nice* heart to heart talk... which I feel we really needed.

Our neighbours are doing construction on their home... of all times to do, they are doing in the middle of Ramadan... morning, noon and even at the wee night (2am) I am just laughing at it...but my husband had alittle tiff with our neighbours as of course they are breaking the wall of their home centre on the second floor and it is coming to our courtyard as well :lol: We came back from Tarawee and our night out , he was in a bad mood and as we walked down our street he started to just yell at the neighbour hammering away at the bricks... :unsure: saying it is after 12:30am ... :whistle: I just kept quite and laughed to myself. Anyway elhamdullah the neighbour agreed ye might have been a bit late... Sometime later, we were in our chambre... the neighbour starts calling out my husband's name...he is hmmm what does he want? The neighbour contiunes to call out my husband's name... :lol: He says "It is late, we cannot sleep with all this noise :lol: My husband jumps up and runs to door laughing... our neoughbour greeted him apologising for all the construction but explained to my husband that they had a major problem with the roof and flooring in the second floor...which they need to repair asap...as it starts to rain and soon the cold will come. :P So I guess we had our laugh ...

Anyway today my husband and I are going to Blida for major shopping... I am so excited, as I am driving there and back... uuuuu scary cos I have not driven (on regular basis) in like 2 years and the people here drive like maniacs..there seems to be 3 or more lanes in an otherwise 2 lane road...

Sooo anyone need anything? Jaaaamie? Kaaaara? Saraaaah? Taaaanya? Laaaylaaa?

Yay! It's Saturday! I am at work for a few hours this morning. It'll be slow until about 11 and then it will be super busy up until the time we close. My husband and I are going shopping after work for a new comforter and maybe some new pillows. After we get finished shopping we might go home, but then again if we shop until 5 we will go straight to the 76er's basketball game. He's really excited about that because it's the first professional sporting event he's been to here in the USA.

Well I woke up a little later than I am supposed to. I walked, well ran is more like it, out the front door to find that it was absolutely freezing! So I went back in the house and put on an extra layer of clothes and grabbed my gloves and earband. Where did the summer go?!

Well I hope everyone has a great weekend!

I'm up I'm up! I fell asleep last night at like 10am which I never ever do but I feel good this morning. I have to work all day and then we are going to the masjid for a potluck tonight. Last night when I was driving home from my mom's I got a call and it was the president of the mosque calling to see if we were going to be going and I told him yes we had planned to. So he asked me "Would you mind coming like 30 minutes or so early? There is someone from the newspaper that is joining us and I would like you to stay with them, explain things and answer questions they might have." ME?!?!? They must think I'm really capable, but ok I agreed to do it. I'm making a seafood pastilla tonight to take - my husband thinks I'm nuts but the seafood one is much easier than the chicken one. So it's going to be a pretty busy day for us. I don't get done with work until 4:30 and need to be at the mosque for 6:15. *sigh* The day hasn't even started yet! Maybe it will be slow at work today...hahah.
