HI all,

I just received a letter from NVC stating that they're fowarding our Case/I-129F to my Beneficiary's Consulate within a week! I m preparing all the docs and getting ready to send it to my SO for Visa Interview. However, I have couple of questions I need your assistance with.

Q1. how far Should i go back as far as Pay Stubs are concerned? Do they require a copy of pay stubs for the entire year of 2006?Do I even need to send pay stub copies ?Will be ok if I send last three months worth of pay stub copies to my beneficiary?

Q2.I read the instructions on form I-134 and under Bank Statement as a support Evidence, it states the statement should reveal HOW MUCH MONEY/CHECK I DEPOSITED PAST YEAR? I talked to my bank and they said, they will need to order bank statement for each month of Year of 2005 and will charge me $6/Statement?Do I have to have all those statements? Does the bank statement need to be notarized?Does it have to be written by a Bank's Branch manager? Can I just Print a copy of an online statement and use that? Please advise..its killing me!!!

Here is what I have collected so far

1.My Last three years Tax Returns along with W-2s

2.A copy of Approval Notice (NOA2) for I-129F

3.Notarized Form I-134, the affidavit of support

4.An Employment Letter Revealing (Hired Date,Current Salary,Tem/Perm Position,Job Title with Company Logo and HR's Original Signature)

5.Bank Statement (Working On it and am bit confused)!

Am I missing Anything ?? Please kindly advise!

thanks,

~AR

Each consulate is different so it would be good for us to have that information and someone with spcific knowledge of that consulate will undoubtedly be able to help. Otherwise you may get generic information and general guidelines that may or may not be completely correct for your case

YMMV

OK so I can only give you general guidelines... Personally with the letter from your employer I would only supply a small recent sample of paystubs because YTD info is on it.

I would think online statements would be sufficient

I will defer to others for more thoughts and comments as well as consulate specifics...

YMMV

I was told a statement of life insurance is a good item.

And a copy of all the stuff that was in the USCIS package.

Maybe a brokerage statement, 401/IRA staatement.
