Oh no :( Did your fiance send it via normal postal service? I don't trust the postal service, my fiance never received my valentines card. yeah it's best to send it via UPS or any other courier service and have it tracked.

The beneficiary's Country has no impact on the Service Center adjudication. Vermont deals with the Eastern states and California with the Western.

That's what is strange about our petition. My fiance lives in Michigan but it was sent all the way to California. :/

That isn't weird at all.

Here are the addresses for ROC, which is much later down the line. This should still be the same for K-1 etc.

If you live in Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming, file with the California Service Center

If you live in Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Washington, D.C., Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, U.S. Virgin Islands, and West Virginia, file with the Vermont Service Center

Hey, this post has been so helpful! we filed in April too and have heard nothing and we were looking at the website today and freaked out when we seen 13 months as a processing time! our number is an EAC too - so 5 months is definitely a lot easier to deal with!!

Thanks again and best of luck with your visa application! :)
