Question: My fiancee lives in FL, where do we send the I-129F package to? Dallas or Vermont?

Thank you so much and good luck to everybody

1) Read the instructions very carefully and you will find the answer.

2) I predict a RFE in your future.

If you've missed this important part of the instructions, I suggest checking over your package and forms to see if you've missed anything else that might cause you a delay.

Thank you all.

I knew it was Dallas, I read about it everywhere but my fiancee went to the Immigration's office in Orlando and they mentioned something about Vermont, that's when I got confused

Thanks again.

From Dallas, your petition will be sent to either Vermont or California to be adjudicated (processed) .. that's likely what they were talking about.
