Well, I just got an email from CSC saying my petition is at the NVC, just not in their system. Which is not what I have been hearing from the NVC. Then they said to call or email NVC in 5 days. Really sounded like they're tired of my emails and calls! haha! So we'll see...I'll call later tonight and see what happens.

Yup, CSC operator explained to me it is a time consuming task to process and forward the cases to NVC because it involves personal and classified information. So they have to be really careful. Maybe

My faith and confidence in USCIS is gone (if there ever was any)

My fiancee called National Customer Service on monday and asked to be transferred directly to tier 2 immigration officer.

The tier 2 officer told her that our case was sent from CSC to NVC on last friday (22nd June). Today I asked my fiancee to call again just to double check. Got to talk to a different tier 2 officer and she told her that our files was sent out yesterday! ( 26th June), we asked her to confirm again three times, she said it was sent out yesterday.

So now I have two very conflicting information from the USCIS and I bet if I call tomorrow I will probably get a different answer.

I am probably going to stop struggling trying to do anything or call anyone now. It just adds to the frustration and probably won't help much. Trying to remain positive and just keep calling the NVC once a day while find something to kill time.

NVC received it today, June 27th, 2012. OMG I am so happy right now!

Sent to the Texas office, forwarded to the California office.

Dec 19th, 2011 - NOA1

May 24th, 2012 - NOA2 (161 days, no RFE's)

NVC

June 27th, 2012 - Received (34 days)

June 27th, 2012 - Case#

July 2nd, 2012 - Shipped out

July 9th, 2012 - Received letter from NVC (dated July 3rd, postmarked July 6th.)

July 30th, 2012 - Received letter from the Minila Embassy sent to the U.S. Letter was Dated July 13th, 2012 and Post Marked July 26th, 2012

Medical:

July 6th, 2012 - Day 1

July 9th, 2012 - Day 2 (Approved)

Interview

July 19th, 2012 (Administrative Processing - Requested a new copy of the CENOMAR)

Aug 10th, 2012 Approved. (Embassy was closed for 4 days due to flooding)

CFO

Aug 16th, 2012 - Passed. Got the sticker.

POE

Aug 27th, 2012 - Everything went well.

Wedding

Oct 13th, 2012

Ours was approved June 4th... yesterday" it isn't here yet".. today "it arrived on the 25th and isn't in the system yet". should have a # tomorrow or Monday...:thumbs:

when we filed for my wife a few years ago.. I called so many times a few of the CSR's knew who I was and remembered talking to me... some were helpful but never 100% of the time...

My objective next week is to get the head of USCIS CSC fired. I will do everything in my power to bring this about, no matter how many phone calls it takes. Thanks
