We are a January filer and we have noticed other January filers have received there approval. I wish we get approval in this narrow window soon and not get over looked!! Wish us approval soon?

01/09/2012 - Sent to TSC

01/10/2012 - Received by TSC, transferred to VSC

01/13/2012 - check cleared bank and email from USCIS

01/17/2012 - NOA from VSC Receipt # notice no case #

You should really update your timeline properly. You did not file at the Texas service center you filed at the Dallas lock box. Two completely different things!!

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
