Working permit for K1 and K2, how long?

In the Affidavit of Support, Item No. 11, there is a question there "I intend/do not intend to make specific contributions to the person named in item no. 3. If you check intend, indicate the exact nature and duration of the contributions. For example, room and board, state for how long and if money, state how much". In case my daughter and I are in the US, we will be staying in the petitioner's house. As soon as we (me and my daughter) landed a job, my daughter will no longer be dependent on us for money support. My question is this, how long will it take to process the working permit once we are there, so at least i have an idea on what to write in Item No. 11 of the Affidavit of Support. (I am (the co-petitioner) doing the preparation of documents for him (petitioner).

Put something like "I intend to provide room, board, clothing, money and all other needs for this person indefinitely." The intent is to show the petitioner will support the beneficiaries and they will not become a public burden. On the DS-156 item 32 you can check yes for the intent to work with employment authorization, employer unknown. It will take approximately 3 months for work authorization after you file. To save money file for EAD with your AOS.

Chinook received her work permit (EAD) in just under two months from the time she filed for her adjustment of status (AOS).
