CSC is currently processing petitions filed in the middle of December - you may recieve your NOA2 pretty soon !!!

21/03/2012 - sent 129F to Dallas Lockbox
25/03/2012 - I129F recieved
26/03/2012 - NOA1
24/09/2012 - NOA2 text message
02/10/2012 - NVC left case sent to Bulgaria ;o)
15/10/2012 - Packet 3 recieved
27/10/2012 - Medical exam
29/10/2012 - Interview - APPROVED
25/11/2012 - POE Miami
01/02/2013 - married

AOS
02/01/2013 - AOS sent
02/12/2013 - NOA1 text and email
02/16/2013 - recieved biometrics appointment letter
02/26/2013 - biometrics appointment

08/29/2013 - received notice of potential interview waiver case

10/23/2013 - Interview approved ;o)

11/01/2013 - green card received

hello...anybody here who filed their fiance visa @ california...my fiancee visa was filed last dec 2011....and we received already noa1 ..until now.....we still dont received our noa2.....

just have patience, in the volume chart on uscis site they are already working on Dec.2011, Jan.2012, and Feb.2012 so pretty soon you'll get noa2 :) we are waiting too, crossing my fingers. good luck to all of us.

You might get approve soon or may have to wait longer, it took us 158 days ,more than 5 months to get approved. What you can do is to start look into the next step in the mean time.

US Citizenship

February 2, 2016 - Package mailed

February 8,2016 - Credit card charged

February 9, 2016 - NOA1

March 1, 2016 - Biometrics Appt

March 29, 2016 - In Line for interview

April 1, 2016 - Interview Scheduled

April 4, 2016 - Interview letter received in the mail

May 10, 2016 - Interview Day! (Approved)

June 8, 2016 - Oath Ceremony

same here!!! i got my noa2.... just to boost your moral and encourage you to keep on waiting because noa2 is now raining from csc..

noa1 - 12/2/11

noa2 -5/7/12

just hold on... it took 157 days for me but is important we got approved and no rfe

You should be getting it soon. I filed Dec 28, It went to Vermont and I recieved it in the mail 4 may. Calif is running a little later on their processing times than vermont. Go to Timelines and set the filter to Calif and Phillipines then click the NOA1 buttons and keep clicking to the next pages until you see the folks that filed in december like you. Thast will give you a good indication when they are recieving their NOA-2's. I hope that helps you. Hang in there! It will be soon! :thumbs:

You're not understanding the volume chart correctly. That tracks the number of petitions received and approved in those months. There is nothing in the volume chart that says which months they are working on at any given time.
