Are you filing a K-1 or the CR-1/IR-1? Your information states CR-1/IR-1, but you wrote fiancé.

:time:

If you're filing a CR-1/IR-1, you may want to post your question in that forum since it's a somewhat different process from the K-1. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/110-ir-1-cr-1-spouse-visa-process-procedures/

Part One: The K-1 Visa Journey:

Part Two: Entry and Adjusting Status:

POE: November 18, 2012 (at SFO) - Review
Wedding: December 1, 2012 | Social Security: New cards received on December 7, 2012.
AOS Package (I-485/I-765/I-131) NOA1: February 19, 2013 | Biometrics Appt.: March 18, 2013
AP/EAD Approved: April 29, 2013 | Card Received: May 6, 2013 | AOS Interview Appt.: May 16, 2013 - Approved Review Card Received: May 24, 2013

Part Three: Removal of Conditions:

From the U.S. Embassy in Kingston site:

K (Fiancé) Visa Forms

DS-156, DS-157 (PDF 278.1K) and DS-156K (PDF 291.8K): These forms should be completed by the fiancé(e) who intends to immigrate to the United States. The forms should be brought to the visa interview.

I-134 (PDF 113K), Affidavit of Support for K Applicants: This form should be completed by the sponsor of the immigrant and submitted to USCIS. This form must be accompanied by the sponsor's most recent federal tax returns, W2 statements, job letter, and proof that the petitioner is a U.S. citizen.

The fee for the K-1 visa is $240. More info on the fees here: http://kingston.usembassy.gov/fees.html

There is only one fee, http://www.ustraveld...visafeeinfo.asp (unless you are filing a K2 also), and three forms your fiancee needs to complete DS-156, DS156K, DS-157.

I would say wait until you have your MNL # before starting the forms, they don't take very long to complete, except the 156 can causes issues with some browsers before it will print out.

The fee listed is wrong in this letter but the balance of the info is good. http://photos.state....acket%20_3_.pdf

Please note the OP's fiancé is interviewing in Jamaica. There are variances on what's required once the petition reaches the interview stage.
