RFE not as bad as we first feared, they want some passport photos of my fella and a couple of forms filled out. Probably stuff we would have known to include had we known about this site from the beginning. Oh we'll we live and learn. Sending everything they've asked for tomorrow so hopefully won't have delayed us too badly. Incidentally we had a lawyer look at our application to see if we had everything.......glad we decided not to keep him on now.

And congrats to SweetDelish and Louisa123! I can just imagine the elation you're feeling right now!

Hey all

Just stopping by - thanks to those who replied to me before, it was a while back now though so won't try and find it, but did read! Sk8rPatty and Pinkrlion, thanks :)

Congrats to everyone who is getting approved, I can't believe how quickly it all started happening! So happy Vermont are working fast again.

Unfortunately I'm still waiting, really disheartened since there's quite a few people now approved with the same NOA1 date as us, and after, but I guess there's nothing to do but keep waiting. Everyday I hope my fiance will tell me he got the text as I try not to keep checking the site myself! I'm going to visit him for Christmas so at least I have that to look forward to for now though :)

Again I'm sorry for not being more active here, but I'm hoping for the best for everyone always!

Lucy x

Don't think about it, and enjoy your visit. I got my text during my visit. I put it all out of my mind and was enjoying our time together. Then I got the text in the middle of the night. Best Birthday Present Ever!!! Just relax, let go and enjoy!!!

For everyone else that has gained milestones within these past days. I am soooo happy that May is coming along. It has been nailbiting experience waiting on NOA2, but we are getting there each one of us, and soon we will all be done and then we can start another thread. FORMER MAY 2012, NOW AOS 2013.:dancing: :dancing:

haha.. yay for AOS thread! I'm glad that VSC has sped up and approving the May group now, the rest should be coming any day now, and then it won't be anymore VSC vs CSC.

congrats on NOA2's and medicals and embassy receiving cases and case numbers, everyone is at different stages, but at least joining the party on a daily basis.

Thanks for the wishes and congrats, its a great feeling, I feel so relaxed and excited now! my interview was easy, I was a bundle of nerves and concentrated on breathing and not making my palms clammy and steady my shaking hands. After she announced 'I believe you are in a legitimate relationship and I can approve your visa...' I didn't stop grinning, I came out of the booth, saw everyone sitting down who clearly heard the whole conversation and several of them gave me big grins back, which was also really really nice, a little 'in embassy support' kind of thing haha.

I had a long day of traveling, since I'm working in New Zealand, I had to fly back to Sydney for the interview and then back again last night, I'm exhausted right now.

14 days till POE! the rest of you May filers darn well better be approved before then!!!
