So I already filed I 130 for my wife and received my NOA1 January 24th. I just noticed that the affidative sworn part is missing and I misunderstood the part and submitted the AOS instead. Now, Can I submit the affidative sworn now and send it to the California or just wait . Also submitting AOS, can this cause more problem.

BTW, what do I really need to submit for Affidative sworn?

What are you referring to? Sworn affidavits can be evidence of a bona fide marriage, but they're not required. You can't send anything else until you get a request for evidence. If you send anything now, it will not be added to the petition. I think they probably will just throw the AOS out.

yes dont send anything else until USCIS send you a letter requesting. yes the swor affidavites from friends and family are not required but make a big help to your case as someone else saying you have a bonifide marriage.

if you have those hold on to them. when they request for more eveidence they will add that in there.
