NEVER send anything to anyone in this process without an exact copy of what you are sending for yourself. NEVER send anything without delivery confirmation. NEVER go to an interview without a copy of every document they may have been sent.

OP, you've been given some valuable advice regarding references to 'wife,' and/or 'husband.' After you got this advice.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH and GODBLESS!!! i really, really miss my wife... T_T((though we are still not married) I hope you don't refer to your fiancée as your "wife" when you are at your medical, at your Embassy interview, at the CFO seminar, or at your POE. Also, I hope you and your fiancée did not refer to each other as "husband" and "wife" in your emails and your chats which were included in the original petition or which you are going to submit at your Embassy interview. This could cause big trouble.

You declared this (it only takes one time or one reference to raise the brow of a sharp CO, then your goose is cooked)

i just remembered, we refer to each other as "husband and wife" in our evidences...but most of it are like "soon to be husband...or soon to be wife"...we noted it clearly...and didnt the USCIS background checks the petitioner??? my fiancee is absolutely not married and so am I (i can prove it with my CENOMAR)

and this.

i really wish to be with her soon so i can help her...it hurts me to think she gets tired and burdens all the bills all by herself...i dont want my wife to be stressed thats why i want to be with her ASAP... :( i want to do everything i can to make him feel that im a good husband...

If you can so casually utter those words here, it means you are very accustomed to doing so, and what one is accustomed to doing can be done with ease and without thought. During your interview would be a very bad time to slip up and have "wife" roll off your tongue. Stop using "wife/husband" now so we don't have to read about your visa denial later.

In America we have the idiom, "Loose lips sink ships."

my question is: is it really necessary to have another EXACT copy of the petition/I-129F package???

For peace of mind, and the fact that I think of it in similar terms as a job interview. Would I hand over a resume to a potential employer without reading and referencing the things I included? Of course not! The CO will study your petition. It is best advised you both do the same. This would mean having copies. Walking in to an interview not knowing the contents that have been presented is a setup for disaster.

Really be careful and follow the rules and observe the issues and problems others had here because the did not observe that USCIS looks at everything. How you address each other etc.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

yes, the only original we sent on our original petition are the forms nothing else...you guys got me nervous all of a sudden...

is it a bad thing that we bought each other a ring??? (we attached both the reciepts and we noted that it will serve as our engagement rings and we will use it as our wedding rings in the future)

another thing, if we got denied on the K-1 petition...how many months can we re-file???

or can we file for a "spouse visa"??? is it harder than K-1 or just longer to wait but easier to prove?

For your first question, NO, it is usually a GOOD thing. It is not necessary, but it is GOOD and only adds evidence to a bonafide and serious engagement. Just don't be calling each other "hubby' and "wifey". At this stage, you are engaged and should present yourselves that way. Many people get rings for engagements. This is not an unfamiliar custom.
