Can anyone please help! I am trying to get my K-1 Visa packet together. I am pretty sure these are all the requirements can someone help me out and tell me if I am missing something!

I-129F Application, signed & dates

Application fee

Divorce certificate & translation ( my fiance was married before and is from a Spanish speaking country)

G325 A and passport photo - both me and my fiance

Birth certificate from beneficiary

Letter certifying intent to marry from both of us

Proof having met in person - plane itineraries, passport stamps, pictures of us together

Proof of ongoing relationship - emails, phone calls, letters

Do I need to add my tax return from last year or my last 3 payment stubs or does that come at a later date? And if I have a co-signer do I have to turn their application in for this first step?

Thank you so much in advance for all you help!

You don't need to do the stuff for the I-134 form yet, that will come at a later stage. So you don't need the tax return or payment stubs yet. You should have a declaration of how you met ( a supplement to question 18 of the I-129 form ). The birth certificate needs to be from the petitioner (to prove citizenship). Other than that I think you have everything. Good luck!!

The birth certificate is from the Petitioner who is the US citizen.
