Welcome to the forum.

You did well in following the printed USCIS instructions and sending your petition to the Dallas lockbox location. The lockbox location then forwards the K-1 petitions to the VSC or CSC for adjudication. The lockbox location does not adjudicate the petitions.

Good luck on your visa journey.

(1) That's the only one for 129F, perhaps that is govermental streamlining.

(2) They are still there and they process 129F amongst otehr petitions, the only two centers for 129F.

(3) Hope so too as it may result in an unecessary self induced delay.

(4) It'll probbaly be returned but I'll stand corrected if someoen has a more concrete answwer.

It is a lock box, aka a sorting center. Please read the guides and the forums.

Everyone sends their papers to the lock box and from there it goes to CSC or VSC.
