Did you send the DS-3032? The IV bill is NOT invoiced until NVC receives, and accepts, the DS-3032.

Do you mean W2s instead of W9? And if you're sending in a tax transcript for 2009, you don't need to include the W2s (unless you filed jointly and need to show only your income).

I really wish I could but unfortunately due to work commitments I will not be able to attend, however, I am scheduled to flight 2 weeks after the interview to Colombia to help my wife pack and flight back to States so that I can be her guide through the POE process. Fun times coming! Woohoo!!

How's the AOS package looking?

We're thisclose to having it completed. Carl's sister, our joint sponsor, e-mailed me the pdf of her I-864 package yesterday. Carl is going to bring the originals with him when he comes up for my birthday, so I'll have that in my interview folder. NOW I'm waiting on Carl to get his stuff all organized. If I have my way, that will be done by the end of the week.

I got the tetanus booster today and the titre/titer test done. Those will be back in a week and then I'll go get whatever else I need, plus a brand spankin' new vaccination record. Hope my shoulder and arm where I got the shot won't hurt for too long.

Sounds like you're nearly there for the AOS package! Don't forget, since you have a joint sponsor, you'll need her proof of US citizenship/residency.

Hope your arm feels better soon! That's another reason why I hate needles, the soreness afterwards sucks!

Im still trying to look into the info about those vaccination, im comfusing myself. To me i read u have to take a dose of something and then couple weeks after take another dose (this week my goal is to figure it out, cus my hubby is going to get most of his the last week of may when we are on vacation)

DIDnt they give you a lollipop and a sticker after your shots my son is at the doctors with his dad geting shot rigt now (for school) poor baby.

Do I need to have Carl's birth certificate or passport on hand as well at the interview? I hadn't thought about this at all.

Does your hubby have a vaccination record? If he does, that will list all the shots he has. If not, then he'll have to obtain proof of vaccinations by having them done or getting the titre/titer test done to see what antibodies he has and if he needs a booster for any of them. That's the stage I'm at now. Got the blood drawn for the test and those will be ready next week. Once we know what I need, I'll get those shots and then have a current vaccination record to bring to my medical.

I'm not sure if you need the original birth certificate of your co-sponsor for the interview. I'd suggest searching for fellow Canadians who had joint sponsors and see what they did and what happened. You don't need his passport or birth certificate though as it's not required in either the AOS or IV package. I had a certified copy of my husband's birth certificate but it was never requested.

And by the way, I got a lollipop at my medical once I requested one
