Yes, the name on the visa will be the same as the green card.

If you've been filing the entire time with her last name as yours, then everything should come in as her married name.

March 3, 2012 - NOA1

March 14, 2012 - NOA2

March 21, 2012 - NVC Received

April 4, 2012 - NVC Case Number Received

April 9, 2012 - AOS bill Paid

April 12(ish) - IV bill Paid

June 11, 2012 - AOS and IV packages received by NVC

June 18, 2012 - Checklist received from NVC (to send forms that I am not even supposed to have!)

June 20, 2012 - IV packet approved

June 26, 2012 - AOS Checklist response sent

July 18, 2012 - Case complete

August 23, 2012 - Medical Appointment

September 26, 2012 - Interview - supposedly approved but put on Administrative Processing :-(

October 18, 2021 - Received Visa

Dec. 13, 2012 - POE at Miami

Dec. 20, 2012 - received Social Security Card

Jan. 3, 2013 - received Greencard

I must have to follow Immigration Mamma Saylin's Directions.... :D

I thought i had to stad up and get wet in the rain but thanks to my hubby who came with this incredible idea!!!

*Although not really required, in some countries, it practically is required or the visa gets denied/refused.

another question.. ok.. let's say the NVC received our papers.. how long does it takes for the NVC to send our case to the consular office?

First, NVC has to review and accept the two packages. Once that's done, your case is complete at NVC. Your case is then put into a queue for an interview date to be scheduled. This varies by consulate/embassy for the waiting time. Only once your interview date has been scheduled is your case sent to the consulate/embassy.

Your case is not EP.So you no need to bring any forms if you already mail them to NVC.But it is better if you bring every copies of the documents you send to NVC and Your proof of your Bonafield Marriage,Appointment letter,Picture,Passport,Medical Result,DHL conformation letter.
