I'm going to submit my fiance i129f form. Do I need to include my fiances passport photo and letter of intent in the package or can this wait until she does the interview in manila?

You will be submitting all with the I-129F. I'd advice you read the K-1 guides to learn all you are going to submit to avoid you missing anything which might lead to RFE in the nearest future. Here is the link to the guides > visajourney.com/content/k1guide. Please read Assembling the I-129F

1st, read the instructions for the I-129F as both questions are answered there. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

After that read the guide on VJ http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

When done go back and read both again. Then complete your packet.

Thanks guys. I'll tell her to use FedEx for sure. Shes planning on getting that photo tommorow.

Fed Ex is better! I checked LBC and fed ex.. Fed ex is even cheaper in my area..

I used fed ex in sending my papers and photos. be sure you follow the correct instructions on what type of photo your fiance will get.. Tell her to write the instructions in a piece of paper when she go to the photo shop so they will never go wrong, because their passport style photo is different from what the uscis want..Just follow the VJ guide, then you will be good. :)

Yes, this was almost a hitch in our petition, too. In the Philippines, "passport size" is different from "2 x 2". "2 x 2" is what is needed in the packet.

I am (usually) the beneficiary.
