VSC Updated their processing times page, and it's not pretty

I think if we try and figure out their system we will go crazy. A friend here on VJ got her NOA2 in 25 days. No expedite, no DCF no living abroad. So who knows and from a high fraud country. So who really knows whats up. I am at CSC of course I just filed 1 month 4 days ago.

The only thing we can do is hope for the best ! But that kind of news is like a huge slap in the face !

Regardless of the projections from VJ or from USCIS itself, they'll still get to my case exactly when they get to my case, and not a day sooner, so what is the use of getting tied up in knots about projections or estimates? There is still a wide range of normal, and no way at all to predict when your particular case will be adjudicated. So...meh?

I'm pretty sure you should just ignore that website for your sanity and also the fact that it's not always accurate... It will be between 4-6 months for most ppl to get NOA2. Don't worry!

Ok... Something strange happened. I just checked it myself and it still shows 5 months!!!! So, everyone please don't panic. Maybe there was a glitch earlier or something, but I have checked it several times in the past few minutes and it remains 5 months. I linked the web address if anyone wants to look (and might not know where to look).

Where exactly did you checked ? On the USCIS website ? If so where does it say that ? I just checked mine and I do have an expiring date written in red at the bottom wich says June 30th 2012...does it mean they have until that date to precessed my petition ? The USCIS website is so unclear !!

there is must be something wrong.check the NOA2 approval for the 4/23.some one appleyed on 12/23/2011 and they got approved today..its only 4 months

However, look at the timelines on this site. They have already processed applications from the beginning of December 2011; 6 months after the date of June 14, 2011. They may take a little longer than 5 months but as of the past two weeks it has been increasing slightly. Just that there are no approvals on 4/20 and only 4/19 makes me wonder if the VSC all of the sudden slowed down on I-129F or just no updates from members on here.

I really think this is just a glitch in their system. I called them twice on 4/20/2012 inquiring about expedite status twice (at 9AM and at 4PM) and both times was transferred to an officer that informed my their system had been down the entire day. I expected to hear back from them today but still no word, I'm sure their "system" is just having severe issues, as they couldn't even check the status of a case at the time I called them. Hopefully it's fixed soon, as I faxed documents on 4/20 and I hope they don't get lost in the scramble.

How did you get through to the USCIS by the way? We just tried but can't get through to a human
