Guys,

I already hit the 6 month mark, and no approval, at what point do we contact the USCIS if we haven't had any news? 7, 8, 10 months? A year?

Your input is highly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I already contacted them twice. They told me USCIS is still processing applications dated April 18. Not sure if it is accurate. And from what I interpret is that they can't create a service request yet since mine is on a later date.

Sometimes they will just keep telling you call back in two months~ There is really nothing much you can do besides waiting patiently~ but I would say just keep track of your cases every one-two months~

The time frame is around 6 or 7 months. If you call around the six month timeframe they'll tell you to wait for month seven....i'd wait a bit. I called a week short of six months and was told to wait until Nov 17th (at the time of the call) but I see others have called USCIS and have been told they are processing April 18th...that's the standard reply it seems. I'm going to wait for the 7 month line then will call them back. I just checked my online case and there have been no touches since 9/26th....It looks like the April filers are moving along nicely and getting approved and there has been one May filer with approval. It's coming, just have to be patient...

Yeap! Just sit around...and wait...and wait some more! Haha! One would think that by this time, we should be used to the waiting, but it's still nerve-wracking! :D

I'm constantly checking on the April fillers and they're approved by a 72%, so I guess their response is somewhat accurate! Well...let's just hang in there! :)
