I tend to be a bit OCD but here is what I have.

First I had an accordion file folder.

I labeled each section based on the required proof for our case.

One section for USCIS doc's..one for phone records..emails..pictures...etc

Each section was clearly (BOLDLY) marked and in chronological order so he could quickly go to the required information.

I have read where others have used a 3 ring binder that was sectioned also.

The main key is to organize it so your SO can easily touch any document asked for.

They are already nervous and having to fumble for something could make it worst.

i read here that, in the US embassy in Ghana, you hand in all your documents, the CO goes through it and then calls you for the interview. knowing this, think of how your will present your documents so that it looks orderly and every little document can easily be seen and accessed without the CO going through mountains of paper which i believe can be very irritating. keep this in mind, they are dealing with lots of people, so i would assume, you would want make it easier for them to go through your documents.

I also organized everything just as Ebun12 did. I sent a total of 2 accordian files, the first one had the important documents/forms and the second one contained only pictures/phone logs/emails/chat logs in it. Everything was clearly labeled as well, but when it was all said and done he re-organized everything according to how he could find them (and that was alright with me).
