Hi!

My fiance and I are going to use her mother as a co sponsor.

But I have a couple of questions about it.

Do we need additional paperwork? or the co sponsor just have to fill the i-134?

Does my fiance need to fill that form too?

Do we need a letter where the co sponsor says that she is willing to be our co sponsor?

I have tried to find a post where I can read about this topic, does anyone know about one?

Thank you!!

Petitioner is required to fill out an I-134. Even if they have a co-sponsor.

Co-sponsor must provide proof of citizenship or PR status as well as supporting evidence for the I-134.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Hiiii guys!!!

Do we need additional paperwork? or the co sponsor just have to fill the i-134?

Just an i134, her bank and job letter, and taxes for the last 3 years... But let me tell u, in my interview, we submitted his stepdad as co sponsor and the embassy only asked for his I134 and his 2009 taxes, No letters at all. But that was MY experience...take everything they ask u for

Does my fiance need to fill that form too?

No, only petitioner and co sponsor. They dont care about beneficiary's income

Do we need a letter where the co sponsor says that she is willing to be our co sponsor?

no, I134 is THAT letter

I have tried to find a post where I can read about this topic, does anyone know about one?

No but I went through that already and we were approved using my future father in law as co sponsor here in Caracas. If you have any doubts text me :)
