I prefered to take GO Train to Union and then took Younge Subway to Bloor and then Bloor Subway to Sherbourne station. The Dr. office is just 2 min walk from there. I reached there at 6:45. Don't do that. Be there by 7:25AM. Otherwise, you will have to wait outside the building in cold. All the first 10 people were done by 9AM.

Its a sheer peace of mind and only costs $20 if ur coming from sub-urbs.

Its a really easy drive. I'm not from TO and had no issues. Its fairly close to the highway, and at 7 am its not a high traffic area. But, I avoid public transportation like the plague! I'm sure the train is a good idea as well.

I know it's late for this poster but in case anyone else wants to know / has their interview later -

There is parking on Huntley Street that connects directly to the building. When you turn onto Huntley from Bloor, it's on the left hand side almost immediately after you turn onto Huntley.

The only thing is the elevator / doors are locked until later in the morning. I was lucky that a security guard was nearby.

If not, you could just walk up the stairs / out and wait outside.

This parking lot was so super convenient especially when I picked up the medically later on.

You could also park across the street from Pape subway station, take the train westbound and get off at Sherbourne station...2 minute walk from the subway to dr's office. Parking is cheap in this lot too.

I'd rather not go back to pick up the forms and xray....can they mail these to you? What's the cost?

Thinking I don't want to take another day off of work...don't think I can risk taking 2 days off. Ideas appreciated!

You might want to send an email to them and ask. Or have someone that you trust to pick it up for you. Better as them about mailing. Not sure they do, thou.

here is the email: Panel.Physicians@panelphysicians.com (Toronto)

Brooksie are you talking about Jarvis and the esplanade? If so, that is a hell of a hike. The parking lot across from Pape Subway station is also a green P and to take the subway is less than a 10 minute ride.
