I finally got NOA2 approved on April 4th 2012!! I was waiting for this time soooo long!! I sent 129-F on 11th October 2011, but I got NOA1 on 28th December 2011. I don't know why I took so long to get NOA1. Usually people get it for 1 week?? But it was little fast to get NOA2 since I got NOA1. It took 98 days. Anyway I am sooo happy now!! Thank you for everyone!!

First CSC December approval! Congratulations! Now let's hope for more December filers' NOA2's, keep'em coming!

Could it be the case that he was technically an October filer since he submitted the package on the 11th of October? I understand that he didn't get his NOA1 until December, but I imagine that was an error at the processing centre and so they filed him along with the October petitioners?

It would be fantastic if CSC had started processing December applications, but something inside me is thinking that this particular case may be an exception.

Yeah, it might be an error at the processing center about NOA1. Thats why I got NOA2 faster? Maybe... I dont know...
