Hi Tomorrow I am planning to file for my wife and she and I both will have one attachment sheet for Form G325A now I have taken sign from my wife on her G325A form but that time had no idea I will be using attachment sheet now she is in India and I’m here is it ok if I send her attachment sheet without her sign or is it required to sign it.

Has anyone send attachment sheet without signing and avoided RFE or any question from USCIS OR VSC.

I have. My husband signed the original G-325A and I later completed the attachment and I signed it (just so they wouldn't say it has NO signature). My petition was approved without any problems or RFEs, but I've heard "rumors" that sometimes it depends on the agent reviewing your documents.

I think as long as your spouse has signed the original you should be fine.

Gosh I hope the attachment doesn't need signing. I just sent attachment to I-130 and G325A for addresses too long. I just filed though March 15th. I pray no RFE. You would think they would say "signature on attachment required". They leave too much to our own imaginations and its so unfair. Oh well I won't stress it.

I accidentally signed both G325A's as the petitioner, no RFE on that, but we do have a corrected one for interview just in case it comes up.
