I got a guy this time, and he had no problem giving me the iin! Woo Hoo! Every little bit we progress makes me so happy! Now to find the link for the invoice page, and bookmark it!

Actually, Saylin - quick question. Should I include the letter I am writing as an attachment, or just as the body of the email? OR...would it be best to say "please forward all attachments to Supervisor Sue" in the body?

I'd say put it in the body of the email AND as an attachment. If you put "ATTN: Supervisor Sue", then it should be forwarded to her.

Awesome. I will be head down, writing for a few moments here...do I want to go for sob story or stick to facts? Fact is, I can verify that they were calling me by a name that USCIS didn't even have on record...I can provide a cover page to my I-130 for them to compare with the letter they sent my congressman to back it up. Fact also is, that seems to be what wrecked my file. I can sob-story this, or throw it at them...

For those of you that have been notified that your case is closed at the NVC are you still able to login to the payment portal and view your payment receipts or are you unable to sign in. I know Saylin has SIF in her signature right before her case closed, but not sure if this only applies to EP.

If you are wondering I still can login to the payment portal and as of last check they still have not reviewed the IV packets I sent in.

I'd suggest sticking to the facts. If sob stories can get an expedite approved, everyone would be doing it. Although, if you do it correctly, you can, without doing much effort, make the officer realise the effect that this process is doing to you two with all these errors.

No, SIF applies to everyone, has nothing to do with electronic processing. BUT, over the recent months, SIF doesn't really seem to happen too much anymore, only at the beginning for when bills are being invoiced. It's no longer an indication of case complete.
