Ok, Boys and girls... This is what I sent to NVC... It better be what they wanted.

After I sat and thought about it for a minute, I realised they might want to know why my taxes were audited and the IRS has a different amount than what I claimed. I made a booboo in my math. The IRS sent a letter explaining the mistake, they fixed it and this is your new adjusted gross income. (I included that letter with the email.)

Fingers crossed!

Dear Sir or Madame,

I received information from a representative through your help line that I have recieved a check list for my I-864 Affidavit of Support. With the I-864 form I included a Tax Transcript for 2011. I was advised I need to to include a 1099 for Self Employment Income.

I am a Sole Proprietor of an unincorporated business. I only employ myself and do not contract with any other entity. Therefore I do not have a 1099 to report income from.

IRS Tax Code section 7701 explains that certain disregarded entities (qualified subchapter S subsidiaries and single-owner eligible entities) are to be treated as entities separate from their owners for purposes of paying and reporting federal employment and certain excise taxes. Per instructions on the 2011 1040 instructions for sole proprietor, I reported my income and expenses to the IRS on Schedule C, and recorded that amount on Line 12 of the 1040 form.

I have attached a copy of the IRS instructions, the letter from the IRS showing there was an error on my return and my adjusted gross income, my 2011 IRS 1040, Schedule C profit or loss from buisness (sole propritor) Schedule SE (self employment tax).

If you guys remember the situation with my wedding reception that had been scheduled for July and I was gorwing anxious that my wife wouldn't be able to make it here and I would have to pay obscene cancellation charges, I got it rescheduled for December without any extra cost. I am just hoping that if she does get placed in to AP that it would not be that long and she will definetly be here by December.

Saylin what chances do you see of that?

Also, the number of posts here are incredible. It is really hard to keep track of this thread and keep up to date with meaningful information. I like to keep informed with everyone else's progress and what I can learn from their case but it is impossible to do that here. Many of the posts here would be better off in off topic forums.

Why do you think she's gonna get placed into AP?

Well I have seen that in Canada there is a chance you can be placed in AP if you were born in the Middle East or have a Muslim name. My wife is a Pakistani citizen so I believe the odds of her being placed in AP are high.

I didn't do my reception yet.Im planning to do it on december as well. But first i will do my anniversary

Well I have seen that in Canada there is a chance you can be placed in AP if you were born in the Middle East or have a Muslim name. My wife is a Pakistani citizen so I believe the odds of her being placed in AP are high.

No i dont think so.Im Muslim as well and i born in Bangladesh.Never heard of any muslim girl in canada got in AP.Dont worry.
