Sorry but provoking people isn't fun, nor is it polite/mature. If we are all stressed out, maybe we're coming in here to relax/get answers/feel BETTER...not worse. And for the record, every time I see you ask about "where's my interview date" I want to punch my computer...I have been waiting for two weeks for an invoice that EVERYONE ELSE gets in DAYS, but that's less important than your interview? Nope. We're both just as important to the people who love us and are waiting for us. So play nice.

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

Finally received case number from NVC today! They are finally working again! :thumbs: And one of my questions was about the electronic processing. My hubby is in Syria, the embassy is closed. However, they are still giving us the Damascus case number, so its ep for us! (just in case anyone else from Syria goes thru the process). I do have one question, I asked for the IIN....the lady said it was just entered into the system, and they do not have the iin yet. Should I call back later tonight, or tomorrow? I was surprised there is no invoice number yet.

And, his interview is scheduled for Amman embassy. She did say I can request Beirut, but no guarantee it will be approved. Ugh!

So, for everyone with NOA2 date around March 9, CALL! :thumbs:

9/21/11 - Married in Syria
11/16/11 - Fedex I-130
11/17/11 - Received at USCIS
11/18/11 - Text received from USCIS - papers received - sent to California for processing
11/21/11 - touched

You took it wrong travell i do not put about my interview just to provoke. Each time i post about it, it is just to feel released, to show my emotion, how bad i want to get one. You guys will be scheduled an interview before i do for my embassy take 2 to 4 months. What is the point of teasing you with my interview date?

As for me taking it wrong, it doesn't feel like I took it wrong when you say "I'll get my interview date and then we can talk about your invoice." Do you see? We are all just as stressed as you. We do understand, and we do feel for you...but let me put it into perspective. How fast did you get through USCIS? It took me almost 200 days - that's over 6 months. Some people even took longer. So...we have ALL been waiting for a long time. We all have nerves that are VERY on edge...and we all just want this DONE. You see?

And...good work trying to release your stress. You need to. :thumbs:

As for me taking it wrong, it doesn't feel like I took it wrong when you say "I'll get my interview date and then we can talk about your invoice." Do you see? We are all just as stressed as you. We do understand, and we do feel for you...but let me put it into perspective. How fast did you get through USCIS? It took me almost 200 days - that's over 6 months. Some people even took longer. So...we have ALL been waiting for a long time. We all have nerves that are VERY on edge...and we all just want this DONE. You see?

Sorry but I don't make fun of you. Please don't choose me to pick fun at. Also, I haven't seen anyone else do that either....what do you see as picking fun? And, keep in mind, it's not simple picking fun to tell someone they're less important - even if YOU took it that way. LOL, you're married. You should know women don't take kindly to that! :P

To see my dog (who is with my husband in the USA) and to find my cat... He is lost 3 days now :-( I do have 2 adorable kittens though!!! (But they can't replace my darling cat that I miss so dearly... :crying:

No i do not see Shell, when you guys making a bit fun of me, i do not get mad or take it personal, why now i can not do the same with you ladies?

Maybe it's how you write it, often it feels like your stuff is what matters and when you do ask a question or want an opinion you don't seem to listen to the answers or advice you get
