They are so cute - did you see the one where Salty puts on a black balaclava so people will think he's pepper? It doesn't work so he tries to rob a bank?! LOL. Goofy salt shaker. Anyway...wow, law school doesn't make this any easier? This is a tough process, though...mostly mentally I think!

  Lol ok now I am considering getting them too  yes, you are right ..mentally it's not easy and nothing could make it easier  otherwise, law school did teach me to be very attentive and read everything 10 times before filling lol not that it helps when communicating with NVC call center :bonk:

Should all of this documents be send to nvc ?

First post

"Generally, the following is needed:

- Bar-coded cover sheet from payment portal

- Completed, signed, and dated DS-230 form by beneficiary (do NOT sign or date part 2; this is done at the interview) [note: if doing online forms (DS-260), the DS-230 is obviously not needed]

- Two passport-style photographs (2" x 2") of beneficiary (on the back, write: beneficiary's full name, date of birth, and case number)

- Copy of bio-data page of beneficiary's unexpired passport

- Original or Certified Copy of beneficiary's birth certificate, PLUS A PHOTOCOPY

- Original or Certified Copy of marriage certificate, PLUS A PHOTOCOPY

- Original police certificate(s) "

The US Embassy in Warsaw , Poland webpage http://poland.usembassy.gov/poland/processing_uscis.html is saying:

"What do I do with the other forms?

Complete the biographic data form DS-230-I Part I, for each person applying for a visa, regardless of age. The form may be photocopied if insufficient copies are received. The completed DS-230-I should be returned to the NVC.

Review the information concerning police certificates: All applicants 16 years and over are required to furnish a police certificate (certificate of good conduct) to cover any period of residence of twelve months or more since reaching the age of sixteen; the period of residence is six months in the country of birth or current residence.

Assemble all of the relevant documents required in support of the application and forward the form DS-2001, Applicant's Declaration of Qualification for Immigrant Visa Interview, to the NVC. The other documents must not be mailed to the NVC or the Immigrant Visa Unit at the Embassy. You will be required to furnish the original and one copy of all documents on the day of the formal visa interview and medical examination at the Embassy."

So what should be send in IV package then?

Thanks

The IV package consists of the things you quoted above. The form DS 230 (filled and signed, sign part 1 only, leave part 2 unsigned), plus the original/certified copies of birth, marriage, police, divorce (if applicable), and military certificates, etc., including a photocopy of each, plus the 2 (2 x 2) passport style photos, plus the copy of the biographic data page, and recommended is to include certified translations...

All the above is the IV packet you send to NVC, including the barcoded cover sheet of course and whatever else might be required for your embassy... Hope it's clear. Basically EVERYTHING you would need to know about NVC is in the first post as Saylin mentioned to u above... When in doubt, reread post 1...
