So I'm thinking I'm gonna start calling nvc today to see if they scheduled an intreview yet, probably not scince I got the CC just a few days ago... If they give me "the second week of april" answer is it still worth calling everyday?

Since they tell everyone to only call during the second week, it's definitely worth it to call everyday, IMO. But you don't need to call if you don't want to as you should get the interview letter by email a few hours later after it's assigned.

Moving over to April thread. Hoping for a case complete this week!

Just something to make you all laugh...

This whole process is getting to be so much that last night I had a dream that we got a checklist from NVC. The checklist was because we didn't include how long my husband's steps are when he walks. NVC wanted his walking stride measured in feet and inches.

I woke up laughing.....

LOL...yes this process definitely makes you loopy.

Saylin the supervisor told my husband to Scan the letter and send it to her.She will investigate and send the letter to montreal.So we are sending the scaned letter to the Supervisor Sue.

Really this is the same supervisor they asked us to send our expedite document. To what email address they ask you to send it?

Hopefully Sue fixes the error with their system and updates it to you guys being approved.

Not sure if it`s worth it in my case,but I still call to bug them every other day(if I am patient enough ;) or everyday!I am not buying that "second week"!

Though ,I am getting a feeling I am gonna end up beleiving it... :P:P:P

03/25/2011- I-130 sent in

03/26/2011- NOA-1

09/20/2011- Service Request

09/28/2011- Service Request Reply(extensive background check,allow 6 months...blah-blah..)

10/07/2011- RFE(4 pages)

11/15/2011- RFE reply sent back to USCIS

12/05/2011- reply for RFE showed up in the system (took them 20 days to locate and input in the system...lucky us...)

01/11/2012- NOA2(urrrrraaaaa!!!!)

NVC

01/23/2012-case received(took 12 days...waiting for the case #)

01/27/2012-case # received(but wrong Embassy assigned...has to change)

02/01/2012-invoices are e-mailed to both of us by NVC

02/07/2012-invoices are paid(had to wait due to the wrong assignment of the embassy )

02/14/2012-both packgs are sent in

02/29/2012-checklist for a missing copy of passport(not missing in reality,but either wait 20 days for a review or send it in again,so we sent it in...)

Any update on your IV bill?

The money has been taken from the account but paypent portal still shows as in processing.May be by noon they will update. Saylin the letter says this--

Your inquiry has been received at NVC.

The U.s.Embassy/consulate general has accepted this case for expedited processing.this file will be immediately forwarded to the U.S.Embassy or consulate general.Any further questions concerning processing or the interview appointment date should be directed to U.S Embassy or consulate general...

Well, yeah, you attach it. How else do you send documents through email?

I was just ensuring that we attach whatever the quantity of document is. They request a doctor's letter, which we do not have today and will probably have wednesday on her first appointment with her new Doctor
