I am trying to fill out the forms to send to the Embassy in London and one of them it says on the form at it expired on 29th of February. Then another one when I click continue it says "the page you're trying to view cannot be shown because an error in data transmission has been detected.

Did anyone else encounter this problem? What should I do?

What form are you trying to open if this is DS-156 here is the link and I got it from London Embassy and it works.
