G-325A, Lots of previous addresses!

My Fiancee, who is the US Citizen, is currently filling out her G325A Biographical Info form.

She has moved from place to place over the last 5 years, settling in some for longer than others, but she has always moved around to go where jobs are, and stayed with friends and family for various periods.

When it comes to filling out the G325A, obviously we don't want to leave holes, but say she lived with her Dad, then moved in with a friend, and was not on the lease, just rented a room, then went back to live with her Dad 9 months later, should we include this change of address?

She would have had things like pay cheques mailed to the temporary address, but with official institutions such as the DMV, I think her address has only changed twice.

I don't want to be dis-honest as there is no reason to be, but I don't know if these temporary living situations are all relevant?

She has her name on the lease of where she lives now, and has lived there for nearly 9 months.

Include everything; if there is not enough room on the form itself put "See Supplement: G-325A for petitioner, <petitioner's name>, Applicant's residence last 5 years" (or something similar) and label the top of next sheet the same and place all the address information on the supplement sheet in the same format.
